  1. Request your Strava export. Open Strava's account-download page and ask for a Bulk export. Strava emails you a download link (it can take a few hours) — download that ZIP to your own computer. Request your Strava export ↗
  2. Optional: drop the media folder. Deleting the media folder inside the ZIP saves a lot of upload time. Skip it if you like — I remove it on my end anyway.
  3. Send me the file. Upload the ZIP through the Dropbox file request below — it also has short instructions on how to do it. Send your export ↗
